An alcohol free toner for sensitive and dry skin. Completes the cleansing
process and balances the skin. Contains Azulene and Chamomile, proven claming
and soothing agents. For skin that needs the extra
attention. Directions: Pour tonic onto cotton pad and sweep over face
to remove excess debris after cleansing. Avoid eye area. Caution: For external
